Full-Time Solutions Consultant

Overview: The Partner Enablement group supports partner growth and health. Collaborating with Partners, Alliances, and Customer Success, we coach partners on design and build activities for Centers of Excellence. Our goal is enhanced Customer Satisfaction by mitigating risks through effective communication and assessment.

Role Summary: The Partner Enablement Manager guides partners in designing and building insightsoftware applications for customers. This role needs finance experience, deep understanding of financial roles, and strong technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coaching and Guidance: Support partners during the build phase with examples of artifacts and their significance.
2. Technical Expertise: Offer architectural guidance and technical expertise during project milestones.
3. Communication: Regularly update insightsoftware Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success on personal and project status.
4. Collaboration: Work with Customers, Partners, and internal teams on Salesforce cases related to Application Design.
5. Performance Monitoring: Conduct Application Health Checks and Reviews for optimal performance.
6. Product Development: Assist Product Teams in sourcing, developing, and testing new features and functionalities.
7. Resource Sharing: Facilitate project template sharing for Partner Project Readiness.
8. Continuous Learning: Become a Subject Matter Expert in required areas.

Preferred Education and Experience: Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), or relevant certifications. Experience with EPM solutions (SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, IBM Cognos, or similar).

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Personal Attributes:

• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning & analysis.
• Excellent technology skills related to product implementation.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of consolidations and planning functions/processes.
• Ability to answer intermediate-level product questions on various functionalities.
