Project-based Sourcing Associate is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms. Conduct targeted searches.
- Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates. Organize talent pools by role type.
- Initial Outreach: Draft and send engaging outreach messages to potential candidates. Pre-screen candidates.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with recruiters and the team lead. Provide daily/weekly reports.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Excellent written communication for effective candidate outreach.
- Organizational skills to manage pipelines and reports.
- Familiarity with job boards, ATS platforms, and professional networking sites.
- Proactive, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
- Experience sourcing for US applicants (preferred).
Job Requirements:
- Home office setup with a working computer, stable internet connection, HD webcam, quality headset, and mobile phone.
- Ability to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
Compensation: Pay rate starts at $5.25-$6.5/hour.
Employment Terms: Project-based for 6 months (renewable). Flexible work hours (1pm - 5pm Pacific time), not exceeding 40 hours per week. Semi-monthly payments.
