Full-Time Special Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordination of events & trade shows for both VOSKER & SPYPOINT.
• Acts as key liaison between the marketing brand team & customer advisory center.
• Manage sponsorships & collaboration requests received at marketing@spypoint.com
• Manage support requests from our worldwide influencer.
• Coordinate the creation of quarterly brand surveys.
• Adaptation of the North American social media strategy for Europe (IG & Facebook).
• Support our internal communications team for special corporate events.
• Leads monthly reporting & analysis for the brand team.
• Coordinate other special projects and administrative tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing position or marketing degree.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Experience coordinating special events, such as trade shows.
• Experience working with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Canva & Excel.
• Experience working with TRELLO, JIRA or any project management tool.
• Experience working with a creative team to brief project collateral.
• Experience with planning & scheduling content for social media channels.
• Able to multitask, prioritize & coordinate a variety of projects.
• Open to feedback, adaptable & recognized for delivering high-quality projects on time.
