We are hiring a Special Project Manager to work directly with our CEO to help accelerate the growth of Dr. Gabi and support strategic initiatives across the organization. This individual will be a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO—contributing to high-impact projects spanning product development, partnerships, investor communications, business operations, and licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO
- Assist in developing investor materials, business decks, and product pitches
- Support and manage relationships with external partners
- Coordinate efforts around licensing, trademark filings, and regulatory support for Dr. Gabi
- Help run executive-level meetings
- Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams on app-related feature launches
- Streamline internal communication between leadership and cross-functional teams
- Jump in on special projects, including internal operations, hiring, or process creation
- Help align cross-functional teams and streamline communication between departments
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Own select strategic initiatives from end-to-end
- Represent the CEO in meetings and communications, as needed
- Help define and maintain key metrics for tracking company and product success
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced role (startups, tech, consulting, operations, etc.)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in ambiguity
- Detail-oriented but able to zoom out and see the big picture
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting responsibilities
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
