Full-Time Special Projects Manager

We are hiring a Special Project Manager to work directly with our CEO to help accelerate the growth of Dr. Gabi and support strategic initiatives across the organization. This individual will be a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO—contributing to high-impact projects spanning product development, partnerships, investor communications, business operations, and licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO
• Assist in developing investor materials, business decks, and product pitches
• Support and manage relationships with external partners
• Coordinate efforts around licensing, trademark filings, and regulatory support for Dr. Gabi
• Help run executive-level meetings
• Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams on app-related feature launches
• Streamline internal communication between leadership and cross-functional teams
• Jump in on special projects, including internal operations, hiring, or process creation
• Help align cross-functional teams and streamline communication between departments
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Own select strategic initiatives from end-to-end
• Represent the CEO in meetings and communications, as needed
• Help define and maintain key metrics for tracking company and product success

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced role (startups, tech, consulting, operations, etc.)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in ambiguity
• Detail-oriented but able to zoom out and see the big picture
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting responsibilities
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion

Bonus:

• Experience supporting a founder or senior executive directly
• Interest or background in healthcare, wellness, or tech
