Full-Time Special Systems Inspector (Remote)

AECOM is seeking a Special Systems Inspector for a remote role that can be performed anywhere in the United States.

This position will assist the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Manager (PM) in coordinating advanced field investigations, contributing to constructability/VE reviews, and field investigations. Upon project commencement, responsibilities may adjust to facilitate efficient workflow, directed by the SME and/or PM.

Responsibilities include oversight of field work, liaison between the contractor and other entities, and potential off-hour work shifts.

1. Attending meetings to interface with construction and design teams
2. Providing Quality Assurance on contractor installations
3. Participating in commissioning activities
4. Generating daily reports
5. Reviewing submittals and design documents
6. Overseeing these systems (and others as directed):
   • Low Voltage communication cabling (copper and fiber)
   • Voice paging systems
   • 800Mhz radio system
   • DAS – Distributed Antennae Systems
   • Common Use Passenger Processing systems
   • Building Automation systems
   • Dynamic Signage
   • Access Control Systems
   • CCTV
   • Perimeter Intrusion Detection systems
   • Network & Wi-Fi
   • VoIP
   • Parking Guidance and Parking Revenue Control Systems
