SPM Business Process ConsultantRole Summary: The SPM Business Process Consultant will develop, invest, and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise in their specialization for process and technology in an internal consulting environment. They will recommend an appropriate roadmap for implementation, run requirements and process workshops aligning business needs to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in designing overall engagement model for working with GLD Business Automation.
- Design business outcome-driven solutions focused on designing repeatable processes accelerating value and employing process best practices and standards.
- Drive SPM process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis.
- Identify solutions (people, process, and technology) during workshops.
- Identify areas of SPM process improvement and recommend solutions with pros, cons, and risks.
- Manage and communicate SPM process and business requirements ensuring solutions meet customer expectations.
- Deliver successful implementation of processes.
- Lead clients to utilize ServiceNow functional capabilities and improve their SPM processes.
- Develop and improve documentation: process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities, workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports.
- Ensure process deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes.
- Promote continuous process improvement.
- Invest and maintain expertise in SPM product process capabilities.
- Collaborate on process best practices and standards.
Desired Certifications:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management
- SCRUM, Agile, and/or Scaled Agile
Experience:
- 3+ years implementing SPM/APM programs at large customers or leading SPM programs.
- Experience with enterprise software implementations for large organizations.
Skills:
- Lead project workshops and gather requirements for implementation success.

- Provide technical and process guidance.
