Full-Time Squad Lead

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, fostering a collaborative environment, and establishing a shared vision for project success.
2. Resource Management: Manage resource allocations and workload assignments in strict alignment with delivery requirements and projected financial performance.
3. Ensuring Project Reliability: Rigorously evaluate plans and dependencies while monitoring estimates, schedules, and deviations to maintain project integrity.
4. Optimizing Outcomes: Formulate and propose strategic adjustments to maintain delivery objectives while ensuring customer sign-off on all critical milestones.
5. Transparent Collaboration: Foster a professional and transparent environment among all stakeholders, including the delivery team, client, and client partners.
6. Smart Optimization: Identify and propose process improvements, cost optimization strategies, and time-saving measures to enhance project efficiency.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in coordinating complex IT projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify optimal solutions across diverse contexts, evaluating multiple alternatives, anticipated outcomes, and potential risks.
• Strong strategic planning skills and methodology adaptation, combined with team management skills to drive alignment and achieve common objectives.
• Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Nice to have Solid technical background in IT systems and software development.
