This position is for a Senior Software Developer.
The ideal candidate will work directly with team members and clients.
Define application requirements and estimate effort.
Based on project assignment:
Develop a software solution meeting client needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Translate client requirements to development effort.
- Solution visioning and contribution to project planning.
- Accurate effort estimation and scope identification.
- Lead development effort on projects, tracking progress in provided PM tools.
- Produce required technical documentation.
- Requirements Analysis (validate effort estimation with team leads).
- Active contributing team member and ownership of project tasks.
- Adhere to code management best practices.
- Develop quality code and deliverables.
- Track time and expenses, and communicate with project managers and stakeholders.
- Complete technical documentation.
- Test code (own and teammates') before delivery.
- Support client validation and rollout.
- Produce summary information for project intellectual property.
- Contribute software, processes, or practices to IMAGINiT intellectual property.
Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years Autodesk APIs (AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, Vault, or Autodesk SaaS platforms).
- 7+ years developing and delivering software applications.
- 5+ years experience with C# and .NET Framework.
- Full stack ASP.NET MVC
- SQL Server
- Azure cloud services
- Git in multi-developer environments.
- Agile methodology concepts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 2+ years Autodesk APIs (AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, Vault, or Autodesk SaaS platforms).
Secondary Skills (advantageous):
- Azure DevOps.
- Asynchronous JavaScript development.
- SPA framework experience (Angular/React/Knockout).
Additional Requirements:
- BS in computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
- Ability to manage multiple duties and projects.
- Experience in a small team with source control and formalized development methodology.
- Proven excellence in written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Travel: 10-20% (domestic).
- 40+ hours per week, with flexibility.
Compensation:
- Year 1 Total Compensation (base salary + commissions): $110,000 - $130,000
