Contractor Sr. Brand Payments Associate

The Role: Nabis seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Brand Payments Associate to join our Finance team. This role manages key processes within Brand Payments, being the first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates, escalating issues.
2. Reconcile and analyze retailer payments to brands, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Manage Zendesk tickets, responding to brand inquiries.
4. Support day-to-day operations, including verifying order, invoice, and payment status, processing fee adjustments, and conducting research.
5. Creating and maintaining files for brand order analysis.
6. Participate in and lead calls with brand partners.
7. Collaborate with the Team Lead on special projects and system improvements.
8. Conduct first-level quality reviews of team members' work.
9. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, contributing to SOP updates.
10. Stay adaptable and open to learning new tools.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in payment and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in financial systems, QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools.
