Position Overview The Sr Business Analyst develops, plans, and implements technology solutions to enhance business needs. They act as a bridge between IT and the Business, leveraging analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and present recommendations to executives and stakeholders. Strong technology landscape knowledge and industry acumen are crucial for analyzing and documenting business requirements, workflows, and utilizing best practices. Collaboration with enterprise architects, application developers, consultants, and vendors is essential. This role involves concurrent work on various projects, including system implementations, organizational efficiency initiatives, and business development opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop business/financial models and metrics for critical business issues and prioritization.
- Document and analyze business systems and user-defined needs.
- Lead and drive strategic goal-setting discussions to understand high-level expectations.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define clear requirements for achieving goals and milestones.
- Define project scope, objectives, budget, added value, and benefits.
- Facilitate cost and effort estimation sessions with developers and third-party solution providers.
- Manage and supervise requirements and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage relevant participants for testing, validation, and execution.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions to the business.
- Audit, analyze, and summarize performance for follow-ups and leadership debriefs.
- Perform job duties safely.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Obtain and maintain any required certification/license.
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, business requirements analysis and documentation, data mapping, and test planning.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, BPMN, UML, and user interface design.
- Working knowledge of enterprise modeling suites (e.g., MagicDraw, Sparx Enterprise Architect).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
