The Sr. Business Operations Manager will guide strategic, cross-functional projects, delivering initiatives aligned with company priorities. Example projects include quality improvements for therapists, developing in-person therapy, and enhancing patient retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing projects from concept to delivery
- Utilizing strong analytics, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Building trust and collaborating with stakeholders and executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in management consulting or Business Operations
- Advanced SQL and GSheets/Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building trust and collaborating with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year at a high-growth startup
- Business Intelligence tool experience (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Project management experience
- Experience launching products or initiatives
