Full-Time Sr. Cloud Engineer

Senior Cloud Engineer plays a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.

This role demands advanced technical skills and hands-on experience in dynamic cloud environments. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud systems for reliability and performance.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and resolve issues.
3. Driving continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure.

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Monitoring and optimizing cloud systems for optimal performance and availability.
• Overseeing cloud application and service deployments.
• Troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure issues.

Automation and Scripting:

• Developing and maintaining advanced scripts for automating routine tasks.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to implement robust automation solutions.
• Ensuring automation scripts are well-documented and maintainable.

Security and Compliance:

• Implementing and enforcing security best practices for cloud environments.
• Monitoring and responding to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support cloud initiatives.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 cloud system support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of leading cloud projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Advanced understanding of networking concepts.
