Senior Compliance Manager/Director, Public Sector Legal & Compliance:
Identifies and drives projects to deliver an effective, scalable compliance program supporting ServiceNow's global public sector business.
Works cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of critical compliance initiatives. Reports to the SVP, Public Sector Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans and designs projects with SVP, Public Sector Legal, and team attorneys.
- Drives and manages program-critical projects to completion, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Develops public sector guidance, training, enablement, and critical program documents.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
- Improves gathering and leveraging compliance-related data.
- Explores opportunities using AI to accelerate program progress.
- Partners with Legal Operations to explore public sector compliance use cases for the NOW platform.
- Monitors and tracks program progress/performance, identifying issues and obstacles.
- Prepares and presents program status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent
- 12+ years of experience with US federal, state, and local government contracts
- Strong knowledge of public sector ethics & compliance regulations
- Experience executing compliance program initiatives, ideally involving public sector compliance topics
- Project management skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written & spoken communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the Software-as-a-Service segment preferred
Compensation:
Base pay: $152,700 - $267,300, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
