Senior Copywriter, Market Access Responsibilities

Provides full copy support for assigned agency accounts, researching and developing materials for pharmaceutical and biotech clients across various therapeutic areas and managed markets topics.

Independently researches and develops market access materials (e.g., message development, payer value propositions, PIE decks, launch materials, pull-through materials, implementation guides, rep-triggered emails, competitive grids) for payers, health systems, PBMs, employers, and sales force training.

Monitors project progress through all phases of development (research, outline, manuscript, layout, claim check, production).

Annotates according to agency guidelines and maintains reference documents.

Maintains a library of reference material for assigned clients.

Handles confidential client, corporate, and employee information.

Qualifications

1-3 years of managed care writing experience, 1-2 years of agency/healthcare writing experience (Copywriter), or 2-4 years of agency/healthcare writing experience (Senior Copywriter).

Strong command of English language, working knowledge of medical terminology, proficient in AMA style.

Familiarity with FDA/OPDP regulations and strong verbal communication/presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think creatively and strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Proficient in PPT, Word, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
