Contractor Sr. Developer

Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. Developer - Mobility iOS to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective C, and a deep understanding of design patterns such as MVP, MVC, MVVM, etc.

Key Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective C
- Familiarity with XCTest and XCUITest
- Experience with Swift Packages and Github
- Strong understanding of functional programming and reactive patterns using Combine
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile software development activities

In this role, you will be responsible for building innovative features on the iOS native application, supporting our client's customer-facing mobile platform. You will collaborate with your team and matrix teams to define technical solutions that create resilient and automated systems, ensuring defect-free delivery of solutions with a focus on reusability, reliability, and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team working on iOS native applications, identifying solutions to business needs
- Mentor the agile team, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution while delivering innovative and efficient solutions
- Triage and prevent production issues as needed, support release management from a technical standpoint, and maintain the overall backlog
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top industry talent for the team
- Conduct research and development of POCs, and drive innovative new ideas for customer interactions
