Full-Time Sr. DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment processes.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure efficient software product delivery. Design scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.

Collaborate with development teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes.

Monitor and troubleshoot production systems for high availability and performance.

Implement and maintain security best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.

Mentor junior DevOps team members.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure preferred)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform preferred)
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Proven GitOps experience (ArgoCD or Flux)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack)
• Linux Administration experience (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a DevOps role (product-focused environment preferred)
• Nice to have: Professional/Specialty certifications (AWS, Azure, Terraform, Networking)
• Professional certifications (RHCA, RHCE, RHCHA)
• DevSecOps experience
• Platforms Engineering experience
