The DevOps Engineer is on the front lines, responding to support escalations and ensuring our evolving infrastructure delivers reliable results for our clients' needs.

• Supporting multiple highly available clusters on AWS-based infrastructure
• Following best current DevOps practices for deployments, availability, performance, and automation
• Administering applications used for automation
• Assist support team with escalated issues pertaining to client-facing applications
• Participating in research and testing of new products and enhancements to the overall hosting architecture
• Participating in on-call rotations
• Tracking all work and requests in a ticketing system
• Participating in the development and testing of enhancements to the hosting architecture
• Consulting with developers on infrastructure configuration issues
• Ensuring the continuity of business and development environments
• Providing consultation and assistance to remote clients
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of tools needed by the development team
• Managing and executing tasks within internal DevOps projects
• Working with the DevOps Lead to develop and execute a roadmap for all product development projects
• Accountable for the ongoing review and maintenance of documentation
• Achieving OKRs as agreed with the DevOps Lead
• Performing any other duties as required
