Full-Time Sr. DevSecOps Engineer I

As Sr. DevSecOps Engineer I, you'll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge software products impacting company success. You'll solve complex problems and create innovative solutions.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers) to define requirements and design specifications.
• Lead architecture, design, and development of high-quality solutions meeting business and technical needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews ensuring quality, consistency, and architectural alignment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues with QA team.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, deployment).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for smooth and reliable deployment and operation.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of front-end or back-end development experience.
• Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks (ExtJs, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with .NET, PHP, or SharePoint.
• Experience with Agile Scrum.
• Experience contributing to DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding techniques.
• Knowledge of Section 508 standards.
• Proficiency in one or more languages/platforms (e.g., C#, Java, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Spring).
• Experience with DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and/or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience designing and building complex, scalable, high-performance systems.
• Experience with version control systems (Git), collaborative workflows.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
