We’re Looking For A: highly skilled and entrepreneurial Sr. Direct Response Conversion Copy Strategist with deep expertise in the Financial Services Sector.
This individual will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and brand growth through persuasive, high-converting advertising and sales content for service-based digital products, such as masterclasses, online courses, coaching programs, newsletters, and digital books.
You will own the copy strategy across channels—writing compelling sales letters, email sequences, landing pages, video scripts, and ads that speak directly to consumer pain points and generate action.
As a strategic partner to the Sr. Director, Brand Services, you will also support brand positioning, help analyze competitive landscapes, and leverage performance data to refine messaging.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Direct Response Copywriting: Write long-form and short-form copy for various funnel stages including sales letters, advertorials, email campaigns, opt-in pages, webinar registrations, VSLs, and social/digital ads. Develop irresistible hooks, leads, and CTA-driven content that aligns with the psychology of financial buyers.
- Research & Market Intelligence: Independently research market trends, competing offers, pricing strategies, and positioning in the financial education, advisory, and newsletter space. Interview internal SMEs and analyze customer data to inform messaging strategy.
- Brand & Campaign Support: Partner with the Brand Director to ensure messaging is aligned with overarching brand voice, values, and differentiation. Help craft unique positioning for offers and ongoing campaigns based on market research and data insights.
- E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with digital teams to A/B test headlines, CTAs, and copy variants across landing pages and email flows. Assist in optimizing digital touchpoints to improve metrics like CTR, CVR, AOV, and ROAS. Review analytics and performance dashboards to iterate and improve upon existing funnels.
