The Sr. Director, Portfolio & Program Management role is critical in driving alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence across a complex portfolio of transformation programs.
- Lead executive-level projects to implement changes across the business.
- Streamline core sales business processes.
- Oversee cross-functional portfolio management and prioritization.
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify simplification opportunities.
- Oversee the portfolio prioritization process.
- Facilitate SteerCo sessions and governance forums.
- Provide leadership and establish a culture of best practice and operational excellence.
- Influence and coach a direct team and key stakeholders.
To be successful:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms and tools.
- Proven experience leading large-scale portfolio and program management.
- Deep understanding of GTM infrastructure, sales operations, and digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales operations, Go-to-market process definition, Business model design, Go-to-market automation.
