Full-Time Sr. Director, Professional Services

• Lead and Develop Leaders: Manage team managers and leads, fostering leadership growth and alignment to strategic goals.
• Own Delivery Strategy: Ensure consistency, scalability, and a high-quality customer experience across all regions.
• Demonstrate Strong Business Acumen: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and assess team capacity using data-driven insights.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain team utilization, capacity planning, and delivery KPIs.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Elevate Customer Experience: Champion customer satisfaction through high-quality delivery and proactive issue resolution.
• Support Sales Efforts: Join key customer conversations and support proposal development.
• Lead Change and Growth: Standardize processes and build team capabilities to increase value for customers and internal teams.
• Coach for Growth and Change: Mentor managers and team leads, supporting professional development.
• Ensure Global Consistency: Align on global delivery standards and share best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in professional services or SaaS implementation.
• 3+ years leading people managers.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budget ownership, revenue forecasting, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at leading teams through change.
• Willing to travel as needed.
