Momentus Technologies is seeking a strategic and people-first Senior Director of Professional Services to lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Leaders: Manage team managers and leads, fostering leadership growth.
- Own Delivery Strategy: Ensure projects are scoped, resourced, and executed consistently.
- Demonstrate Strong Business Acumen: Use data to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and assess team capacity.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain utilization, capacity planning, and delivery KPIs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support.
- Elevate Customer Experience: Champion customer satisfaction through quality delivery.
- Support Sales Efforts: Join customer conversations and support proposal development.
- Lead Change and Growth: Scale the delivery practice by standardizing processes.
- Coach for Growth and Change: Mentor managers and team leads.
- Ensure Global Consistency: Align on global delivery standards and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in professional services or SaaS implementation.
- 3+ years leading people managers.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Willing to travel as needed.
