Our platform revolutionizes the technical hardware supply chain by ensuring it is precise, efficient, and effortlessly manageable. As a proud member of the Y Combinator W22 cohort, we've seen our revenue grow consistently, supported by substantial venture funding from esteemed VCs.
The Role As our Founding Implementation/Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of Cofactr’s solutions for our customers. Your work will directly influence how customers adopt and derive value from Cofactr’s platform.

- Partner with product, engineering, sales and customer success teams to resolve customer issues and ensure successful implementation outcomes and frictionless hand offs.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, keeping customers on track and satisfied.
- Conduct training sessions and create resources to help customers adopt Cofactr’s platform effectively.
- Gather customer insights and feedback during implementations to inform product development and improve processes.
- Track and report on project status, success metrics, and customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
