Sr. Manager Demand Management plays a critical role in overseeing the processes governing how portfolio requests are evaluated, prioritized, and allocated within the GLD organization. This leader ensures alignment between incoming demand and organizational capacity, enabling impactful learning solutions supporting strategic business goals.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for intake & prioritization updates, ensuring transparency & clear communication with executive leadership & stakeholders.
- Ensuring requests are accurately documented & submitted through SPM with sufficient detail for evaluation, collaborating with requestors for necessary information.
- Develop & implement transparent, criteria-based prioritization models aligned with organizational goals & strategies.
- Closely work with the Business Automation team to continuously improve intake & prioritization processes for increased efficiency & reduced bottlenecks.
- Provide regular reporting on request statuses, resource utilization, & prioritization outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring intake & prioritization decisions are integrated with broader portfolio & pricing strategies to maximize impact & value delivery.
- Facilitate governance meetings to review & approve prioritized requests, ensuring alignment with GLD’s goals & objectives.
- Monitor & triage demands to appropriate portfolios & teams.
- Identify & address bottlenecks/gaps in the demand lifecycle to maintain efficiency & responsiveness.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs & priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders & portfolio teams to ensure alignment & clarity on demand requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions across all levels to drive consensus on priorities.
Qualifications: 7+ years in intake/demand management, project/program management or portfolio management within a global organization. Proven experience with prioritization frameworks & capacity planning. Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-functional decision-making & managing competing priorities.
Compensation: $146,400 - $256,200 base pay, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation & benefits.
