The Sr. Manager, Events & Brand Experience will play a pivotal role in driving conferences and events that align with Nuvem’s strategy. This role requires a strong leader, adept at managing a wide range of conferences & events working cross functionally on strategy and execution to maximize and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Nuvem event planning while meeting strict deadlines and staying within budget
- Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts
- Maintain exhibits and conference calendar
- Remain current with trends in event planning
- Travel and manage national conference exhibits and events
- Lead the planning and execution of customer advisory board meetings
- Assist departments in planning and executing internal employee events
- Foster a collaborative and growth mindset-oriented culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Substantial experience in event planning
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
- Advanced proficiency in project management
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in healthcare industry
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Working Conditions:
- Position is virtual with some travel required (20-25%)
- Fast-paced environment
- Collaborative work with cross-functional teams
