We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized Sr. Manager to support ServiceNow’s Global President of Customer Operations. This high-impact role blends strategic leadership positioning, thought leadership, and event management.
- Thought Leadership & CommunicationsDrive thought leadership opportunities to amplify the President’s presence.
- Draft and refine executive-level messaging, presentations, and narratives.
- Measure impact using data and feedback.
- Strategic Event Planning & ExecutionSupport planning and execution for major industry forums and strategic client engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Communications.
- Manage logistics, agendas, and executive schedules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the connective tissue between teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- 12+ years of experience with 7+ years in executive communications or event management.
- Exceptional writer and storyteller.
- Strong project manager with attention to detail.
- Executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence teams.
- Willingness to travel.
