THE POSITION:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices.
- Devising and implementing best practices for project delivery via existing tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–7 years of proven experience managing projects in Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy Industry
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Prior experience working with CRM applications such as Microsoft dynamics 365, Salesforce is preferred
