Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager, reports to Director of Engineering, DevOps COE.
As the leader of our SRE pillar in the DevOps COE, you will lead the technical strategy and vision for reliability practices for our mobile application. You'll work closely with Engineering, Technical Leads, Product, and Architecture teams to transform reliability engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee design decisions, guiding team to achieve key results for assigned products.
- Resolve issues using engineering principles, building proactive design solutions for potential failures.
- Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers, developing a continuous reliability approach and implementing crucial SRE practices.
- Design and drive monitoring, alerting, and ticket reporting strategies to measure SLA, SLO, MTTI, MTTR, aligning with management expectations to minimize downtime.
- Guide site reliability automation to eliminate manual toil and build self-healing capabilities.
- Participate in selecting automation tools, defining technology, quality, experience, and implementation standards.
