We are seeking a strategic operator to play a key role in A Place for Mom’s fast-growing Home Care division. This role is central to shaping and executing initiatives that accelerate growth and improve experiences.

What You Will Do
- Manage Strategic Initiatives: Lead execution of Home Care’s strategic priorities; scope, resource, and track projects to completion
- Develop Market & Business Insights: Analyze provider performance, consumer trends, and industry benchmarks to surface opportunities
- Drive Operational Excellence: Implement project management processes, timelines, and reporting for accountability
- Lead Through Influence: Partner with Home Care leadership to set priorities and communicate progress
