Sr. Manager, Strategic Operations & Enablement will play a critical role in driving the success of the Finance and Corporate Strategy organizations.
Partners closely with senior leadership, HR, and various business functions to ensure strategic goals are met, programs are effectively implemented, and key initiatives are successfully adopted across the organization.
Ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration, communications, and organizational health management.
This dynamic, high-impact role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive meaningful change across the organization.
- Drives the priorities planning and reporting process to track key organizational initiatives.
- Partners with HR to facilitate action planning for Employee Voice Surveys (EVS), driving insights and follow-through on key initiatives.
- Leads the One Finance Culture strategy to cultivate a unified, inclusive community across the organization, focusing on onboarding, recognition, learning, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Manages the COS (Chief of Staff) and Business Operations community, driving cross-functional collaboration and implementing best practices.
- Spearheads change management efforts for new processes, ensuring smooth adoption, tracking progress, and measuring success.
- Collaborates with the Communications team to plan and execute Town Halls, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other communication campaigns.
- Partners with HR and Sr. Manager, Strategic Enablement to support Senior Director+ leadership events.
- Drives the adoption of key enterprise programs (Mentorship Program, Ramp Up, etc.), ensuring strong participation, engagement, and measurable impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic operations, project management, or leadership enablement in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, program adoption, and measurement.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in tools for planning, reporting, and managing strategic priorities.
- Exceptional organizational ability to manage complex projects.
- Commitment to working collaboratively behind the scenes.
- Natural curiosity and willingness to ask the right questions.
- Self-starter mentality, capable of taking initiative.
- 8-10+ years of experience focused on operations, employee engagement, leadership reporting, culture, and key business programs.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with a track record of delivering enablement programs.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
Compensation: $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
