Contractor Sr. Marketing Manager- FinTech

As part of the U.S. Client Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for deepening client relationships through the sell-in and delivery of marketing services for clients.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all marketing services for one of the organization’s financial services clients
• Drive the strategy and execution of key marketing initiatives to drive client business growth.
• Lead marketing-related project scoping and requirements while aligning with sales and the client
• Apply data-driven approach to marketing recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing projects.
• Manage ad hoc requests from key stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and budget
• Track and manage program results

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of work experience in a marketing capacity within the financial services or payments industry
• Authority in multiple marketing disciplines.
• Deep payments knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
• Accomplished at building trusted relationships.
• Ability to structure, manage and coordinate complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence.
• Organized, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical deliverables.
• Aptitude to think creatively.
• Ability to work with limited direction.
• Leadership experience working in agency and/or consulting roles.
• Strong executive presence; excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience engaging with Executive and C-level suite audiences.
