Contractor Sr. Marketing Manager - FinTech

The Senior Marketing Manager will deepen client relationships through marketing services, including merchants, cobrand partners, and payment ecosystem stakeholders. The individual will plan marketing strategies and partnership initiatives to grow business with clients through marketing analyses and strategic use of sponsorship assets.

The Senior Marketing Manager will build partnership relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing and external agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing plans that drive business goals.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all marketing services for financial services clients.
• Drive strategy and execution of key marketing initiatives to drive client business growth (lifecycle marketing, best practices, go-to-market, etc.).
• Lead marketing-related project scoping and requirements.
• Apply data-driven approach to marketing recommendations, leveraging company data and industry research tools.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing projects.
• Manage ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and budget.
• Track and manage program results.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of marketing experience in financial services or payments.
• Authority in marketing disciplines (brand, product, direct response, content, social, etc.).
• Deep payments knowledge.
• Accomplished at building trusted relationships.
• Ability to manage complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence.
• Organized, with strategic and tactical deliverables.
• Ability to work with limited direction.
• Leadership experience in agency or consulting roles.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
