• Lead Finance Change Initiatives: Design, lead, and execute comprehensive change management programs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strategic relationships with senior leaders.
• Change Strategy & Planning: Define structured change management principles.
• Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs.
• Communications: Direct the creation of compelling change assets.
• Process Improvement: Assess, diagnose, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-backed insights to influence strategic decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Manage the improvement of project content across digital platforms.
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge sharing.
• Best Practices: Build and promote change management best practices.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale change management.
• Experience with AI transformations is desired.
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms and finance transformation programs preferred.
• Proficiency in communications and training content authoring systems.
• Experience with digital content creation.
• PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, and/or change management certifications desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience required.
