Full-Time Sr. Operations Project Manager (AI)

We're looking for a Senior Ops Project Manager (AI) to accelerate the collaborative efforts of our global AI area and Brazil operations. The team focuses on using AI technologies to benefit patients, physicians, and clinics.

The Operations Manager will oversee the performance, optimization, and growth of AI products in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Provide clear progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Analyze KPIs, customer feedback, and product usage data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and optimize operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Lead experimentation in digital products and business offerings.
• Participate in resource planning.
• Monitor project budgets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in optimizing processes.
• Proactive and independent.

Requirements:

• Interdisciplinary entrepreneurial spirit.
• High energy, ownership, and strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., project management, customer success, product management).
• Experience in a high-growth environment (tech experience a plus).
• Excellent analytical and synthesizing skills.
• Hands-on approach with adaptability.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Native Brazilian and fluent English (B2+).
• (Plus): Experience with AI, ML projects, LLM-based solutions, prompting techniques.
