Full-Time Sr. Operations Project Manager (AI)

We're looking for a Senior Ops Project Manager (AI) to accelerate the collaborative efforts of our global AI area and Brazil operations. The team is focused on exploring ways to use AI technologies for the benefit of patients, physicians and clinics.

We validate ideas and build proofs of concept, MVPs and scalable solutions. We make sure they deliver value to end users.

The Operations Manager will oversee the performance, optimization, and growth of AI products in Brazil. This role focuses on managing stakeholders, analyzing KPIs, monitoring performance, and optimizing processes for scalability and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and operational improvements.

1. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners to align priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.
2. Provide clear and actionable progress updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
3. Analyze KPIs, customer feedback, and product usage data to identify trends, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with global standards.
5. Lead and oversee experimentation in both digital products and business offerings, such as entering new markets or testing new solutions for existing markets.
6. Participate in resource planning to ensure that tools, people, and materials are effectively allocated to support objectives.
7. Monitor project budgets to manage costs and meet financial goals without compromising quality.
