Matching Product Lead: Spearhead the next phase of People.ai's AI-Powered Trusted Data Platform, supercharging matching of sales engagement data to opportunities and accounts. This role drives actionable, AI-driven insights to improve revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Define Product Strategy and Roadmap: Create a compelling vision for the Matching product.
- Lead Innovation: Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to deliver differentiated value.
- Drive User-Centric Design: Build relationships with go-to-market teams and customers.
- Coordinate Stakeholder Alignment: Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Evangelize the Product: Define and track KPIs (match coverage, accuracy, precision).
Requirements:
- 4-6 years product management experience, with 2+ years in a senior/staff role.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science).
- Proven experience with AI/ML-driven products, particularly in sales.
- Experience building/scaling enterprise-grade software products.
- Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment (desired).
