As a Sr. Product Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to build the right solutions for the right people at the right time. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to ensure products meet scope, schedule, and delivery goals while fostering strong relationships across teams.
You will support large-scale application modernization initiatives for federal government systems.
What you will do:
- Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop, manage, and communicate clear product roadmaps aligned to modernization objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a primary liaison between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Agile Delivery: Collaborate with Business Analysts and UX designers to define and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Product Operations: Manage product documentation and collaboration using Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment with SDLC and program standards.
- Innovation & AI Integration: Explore and evaluate AI and automation opportunities that enhance product functionality and user experience.
What you will bring:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust designation.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical product manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Formal training or certification in Agile software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery timelines in an agile/SAFe environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
