Contractor Sr. Product Owner - AdTech

We are seeking a Sr. Product Owner, AdTech to support a Fortune 100 financial services client’s digital transformation.

This role will play a vital role in supporting technological advancements and product implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product vision, aligning with product vision, features, and roadmap.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of new product strategies.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs for the product family.
• Define and create prototypes (MVPs, POCs, etc.).
• Synchronize with Product Family Product Owners.
• Responsible for definition, guidance, and execution of product-related activities.
• Set business objectives and oversee execution.
• Validate user story acceptance criteria.
• Ensure appropriate testing frameworks.
• Work with Data Stewards.
• Inspect and evaluate product progress.
• Identify sources, monitor, analyze, test, and interpret key product performance metrics.
• Develop and communicate findings; make strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Provide mentoring and fill knowledge gaps.
• Negotiate and influence others.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with business technology to outline technical features.
• Build a culture of accountability.
• Serve as business lead on cross-functional teams.
• Provide vision and direction to a team.
• Coach team to manage and escalate risk.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (or 10+ years experience in Product Management/Engineering).
• 8+ years experience in Product Management or Engineering.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry.
• Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on AdTech experience, clean room capabilities for audience enablement.
• 8+ years in AdTech/MarTech support.
• Knowledge of digital media campaign activation, AdTech ecosystem (DSPs, DMPs, Social Network Ad Managers, Clean room solutions, Data Onboarding).
• Interacted with media and marketing partners.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with Engineering teams.
