Full-Time Sr Product Owner

NBCUniversal's Enterprise Product Team builds products for NBCUniversal organizations. The team collaborates with business and engineering to create end-to-end solutions.

The product portfolio supports key NBCU functions like Content/Title Management, Data & Analytics, Scheduling & Distribution, and Content Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations on strategic roadmaps.
• Identify problem areas and develop solutions meeting business needs.
• Develop input criteria for large projects and present to development teams.
• Understand global media/entertainment supply chain and adapt modern technology.
• Analyze business requirements, build models, and create reports for leadership.
• Understand high/low-code solutions and select optimal implementation strategies.
• Apply Machine Learning/AI to software development.
• Transition between project and product management, focusing on deliverables, dependencies, and ecosystem impact.
• Create system designs and workflow diagrams.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate requirements into product features.
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and metrics.
• Capture and analyze requests to define data needs and prioritize the roadmap.

Requirements:

• 8+ years relevant experience in technology or media industry
• 5+ years in Product Development
• 3+ years in roles demonstrating technical, quantitative, analytical skills
• 3+ years in roles with excellent communication skills, project management, and presentation abilities
• 3+ years working with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Fullstory, Mixpanel)
• Expert knowledge of SDLC, including scoping, iteration planning, user stories, acceptance criteria, and rollout management

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years product management experience in media.
• 3+ years direct client engagement.
• Experience in TV/broadcast, media, technology or related fields
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaboration

Additional Information:

• Fully Remote position
• Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 (bonus eligible)
