Full-Time Sr. Production Manager

The Senior Production Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Remote Operations and manages Versant Sport production projects in On-site/Remote, home base, and studio settings.

• Responsibilities:
• Oversee the production process to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Finance and Production teams to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial reporting.
• Act as a communication conduit between Remote Operations Management and Production teams.
• Coordinate with arena/stadium/tournament personnel regarding mobile unit arrival and schedule.
• Coordinate generator needs, equipment levels, internet needs, credentials, logistics, security, catering, transportation, and crew logs.
• Work with Production, Talent, and the Technical Manager to maintain the full production schedule.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager and show vendors.
• Execute and distribute the show’s Production Memo.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the production crew.
• Oversee the studio crew schedule and support Production and Talent teams.
• Identify, onboard, and assess production support staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary Production Manager for WNBA operations and support other Versant Media Sports properties.
