Full-Time Sr Program Manager

This role involves driving strategic initiatives spanning departments, unlocking long-term value for both MANTL and our customers. You'll work closely with account management, enablement, support, and implementations teams.

This role is central to keeping complex initiatives moving, uncovering new areas to improve work and delivery.

Fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Autonomy is encouraged and impact is immediate. The Customer Operations team is customer-obsessed and deeply collaborative.

Plays a critical role in shaping product priorities and improving the end-to-end customer experience.

Brings data-driven insights and clear communication to every conversation.

Regular engagement with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in program or project management roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
2. Strong experience leading cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailoring messaging to different audiences (technical, customer-facing, executive).
4. Experience using tools like Jira, Notion, and Looker.
5. Strong data fluency, comfort with data exploration, visualization, and tools like Looker, Datadog, etc.
6. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-moving environments and lead initiatives from problem definition to execution and measurement.
7. Experience working in customer-facing roles, involving implementations, operations, or success programs.
