Position Summary: The Sr. Program Manager-Radiopharmaceutical will focus on the successful initiation, execution, and monitoring of Sirtex radiopharmaceutical programs. This includes new product development, technical transfer, clinical studies, regulatory submission, and commercial launch. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless manufacturing processes. It oversees the entire process for Radiopharmaceutical products, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with global regulations.
Authorities/Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes new product development and commercial launch for Sirtex radiopharmaceutical products.
- Collaborates with engineers, scientists, physicians, and marketing to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for IND and NDA regulatory submissions.
- Identifies and evaluates new technological platforms and pipeline products in the Radiopharmaceutical industry.
- Partners with Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs (MACA) and external stakeholders to initiate and monitor clinical studies, reporting to senior management.
- Documents and maintains archives for all product development activities (plans, schedules, meeting minutes, management reviews).
- Coordinates development, operational, and commercial activities from project initiation to launch.
- Communicates critical issues and action plans to senior management.
- Manages team integration, project status evaluation, and reporting to senior management.
Educational Prerequisites and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Radiochemistry, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a GMP environment.
- 8+ years of experience in Radiopharmaceutical product development and launch as a project lead or program manager.
- 8+ years of proven program management experience with project planning, scope/schedule control, problem-solving, risk mitigation, and communication.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certificate preferred.
- Demonstrated project management, consulting, process flow development, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to perform in a matrix accountability structure, reporting deliverables and project updates.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent engagement, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, uniting various perspectives.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
- Position may require up to 25% travel.
Salary: $173,000 - $205,000 annually.
