EVERSANA business group intro:Eversana Specialty Consulting (ESC) works with pharmaceutical manufacturers, and medical device companies to support the lifecycle for their products.
Responsibilities:
- Runs day to day project activity
- Track project milestones and final deliverables and ensure all key dates/milestones are achieved
- Support and manage marketing research recruiting and scheduling
- Supports project team as required by client-facing personnel
- Effectively communicate ESC’s annual goals, strategic plan, and mission
- Identify additional uses and utilize current EVERSANA technology solutions and tools
- Identify refinements to and execute the delivery of standardized core ESC products
- Comply and adhere with all corporate policies and procedures
- Follow ESC project methodology and approach and standardized project deliverable frameworks
- Support the development and execution of new consulting service offerings
- Exhibit the highest levels of ethical, personal, and professional behavior
- Ownership for individual performance management and professional development plan of action
- Demonstrate understanding of project catalyst role, client's business model, project objectives, and project hypothesis
- Assist in the execution of Protean marketing initiatives
- Develop individual goals and objectives in January aligned to ESC annual goals
- Initiate review of individual goals and objectives with assigned leader in January
- Complete self-assessment of attainment of individual goals and objectives
- Initiate review of self-assessment with assigned partner on semi-annual basis
- Complete a self-assessment of performance and initiate performance review discussion with assigned leader on mid-year and annual basis
- Develop professional development plan for discussion with assigned leader
- Assume ownership for individual performance management and professional development plan of action
- Assume ownership and accountability for quality and timeliness of work product
- Identify and escalate any project issues to management
- Identify and communicate new project opportunities or extensions to ESC leadership
- Cultivate, manage, and expand internal and external professional relationships
- May be expected to travel from time to time
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Environment:
- Office environment
- Frequent reaching, grasping, standing/sitting, walking, talking, and hearing
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
- Moderately quiet work environment with frequent interruptions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree/Licensure such as MBA, MA, preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in life science industry
- Significant project management and PM leadership experience required
- Previous consulting experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PPT

Compensation: $57,000 to $60,000 (US only)
