Full-Time Sr Project Director

EVERSANA business group intro:Eversana Specialty Consulting (ESC) works with pharmaceutical manufacturers, and medical device companies to support the lifecycle for their products. Projects include developing strategies to optimize channel, trade, payer and patient services market access, launch support, primary and secondary market research, customer satisfaction, and program operational reviews. All projects are grounded in industry experience and analytics/insights gathered through research.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Runs day-to-day project activity
• Tracks project milestones and final deliverables, ensuring all key dates/milestones are achieved
• Supports and manages marketing research recruiting and scheduling
• Supports project team as required by client-facing personnel
• Communicates ESC's annual goals, strategic plan, and mission internally
• Identifies additional uses and utilizes EVERSANA technology solutions and tools; refines and delivers standardized core ESC products to meet customer needs, comply with corporate policies/procedures
• Collaborates on assigned projects following ESC methodology, approach, and standardized deliverables
• Supports development/execution of new consulting service offerings, exhibiting ethical behavior
• Owns individual performance management and professional development plan
• Demonstrates understanding of project catalyst role, client business model, achievement of business objectives, key project objectives, and hypotheses
• Assists in executing Protean marketing initiatives
• Develops individual goals and objectives aligned with ESC annual goals, reviews with leader
• Completes self-assessment of goals/objectives attainment, reviews with partner semi-annually
• Completes self-assessment of performance, reviews with leader mid-year and annually
• Develops professional development plan for discussion with assigned leader
• Owns quality and timeliness of work product
• Identifies and escalates project issues to management
• Identifies and communicates new project opportunities/extensions to ESC leadership
• Cultivates, manages, and expands internal/external professional relationships
• May travel depending on project assignments

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Office environment with frequent interruptions
• Requires reaching, grasping, standing/sitting for extended periods, walking, talking, hearing
• Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced degree (MBA, MA) preferred
• 2-5 years of life sciences industry experience
• Significant project management and leadership experience required
• Consulting experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PPT

Compensation: $57,000 - $60,000 (US locations only); Includes billable hours/commission; Determined based on experience/skills/location.
