Full-Time Sr Project Director

Eversana Specialty Consulting (ESC) works with pharmaceutical manufacturers, and medical device companies to support the lifecycle for their products.

Projects include but are not limited to developing strategies that optimize channel, trade, payer, and patient services market access, launch support, primary and secondary market research, customer satisfaction, and program operational reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Runs day-to-day project activity
• Tracks project milestones and final deliverables, ensuring key dates/milestones are achieved
• Supports and manages marketing research, recruiting, and scheduling
• Supports project team as required by client-facing personnel
• Effectively communicates ESC's annual goals, strategic plan, and mission
• Identifies additional uses and utilizes EVERSANA technology solutions
• Identifies refinements and executes the delivery of standardized core ESC products to meet customer needs and comply with corporate policies
• Follows ESC project methodology and standardized project deliverable frameworks
• Supports development and execution of new consulting service offerings
• Demonstrates ethical, personal, and professional behavior
• Owns individual performance management and professional development
• Demonstrates understanding of project catalyst role, client business model, project objectives, and project hypothesis
• Assists in the execution of Protean marketing initiatives
• Develops individual goals and objectives aligned with ESC annual goals
• Reviews individual goals and objectives with assigned leader
• Completes self-assessment of individual goals and objectives
• Initiates review of self-assessment with assigned partner semi-annually
• Completes self-assessment of performance for mid-year and annual performance reviews
• Develops professional development plan for discussion with assigned leader
• Assumes ownership and accountability for quality and timeliness of work product
• Identifies and escalates project issues to management
• Identifies and communicates new project opportunities or extensions to ESC leadership
• Cultivates, manages, and expands internal and external professional relationships
• May travel depending on project assignments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced degree/licensure (e.g., MBA, MA) preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in the life science industry
• Significant project management and leadership experience required
• Previous consulting experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
