Full-Time Sr Project Manager, AEP/Adobe

Position Summary Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Senior Project Manager with hands-on enterprise-level project experience, preferably with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) experience. The role is primarily responsible for delivering eCommerce technology solutions on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project schedule, financials, scope, team utilization, and client satisfaction.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Builds and executes project plans (schedule, communication, risk mitigation).
• Manages daily communications with stakeholders for project success.
• Facilitates regular status meetings (phone, video, in-person), presents weekly status reports.
• Collaborates with internal teams, third parties, and clients for timely execution.
• Reviews deliverables before client presentation, enhancing as needed, suggesting improvements, and ensuring final acceptance.
• Manages project risks, threats, opportunities, blockers, and mitigation plans, notifying stakeholders and escalating appropriately.
• Understands and ensures delivery of contract commitments.
• Accountable for project profitability and client budget management.
• Manages change requests related to scope, schedule, or budget.
• Coordinates tasks, monitors progress, and ensures completion.
• Identifies resources, collaborates with Talent Management for optimal staffing.
• Ensures client objectives and KPIs are captured, understood, and measurable.
