Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop full stack applications following an Agile development methodology in a team environment
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high-quality standards
- Test and validate coding to ensure accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and scalability
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software engineering team and processes
- Contribute code, tests, automation, application design and architecture to an agile team of engineers working across the application stack and portfolio
- Collaborate with scrum teams in grooming user stories and developing acceptance criteria so that we can deliver value to our customers
- Solve technical problems to discover solutions at any level of the stack (backend, frontend, database and infrastructure)
- Communicate, learn, and share ideas across teams

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of engineering experience
- 4+ years of development experience with C#
- 2+ years of experience working with SQL server technologies
- 2+ years of experience with Javascript and single-page applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to effectively work independently or with a team as a software engineer
- Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate concerns, issues or inquires in a timely manner
