Full-Time Sr. Software Engineer (US)

Senior Software Engineer 📍 Remote (US-based) | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and ship reliable, scalable software systems
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (we care about craftsmanship)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver great user experiences
• Lead and mentor junior engineers through thoughtful code reviews and technical guidance
• Own features end-to-end — from planning to deployment and support
• Contribute to architecture discussions and help drive key technical decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js)
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong understanding of systems design, architecture, and performance trade-offs
• Passion for writing well-tested, maintainable, and scalable code
• A collaborative mindset — we value team players who uplift others
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment

Bonus Points:

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Background in fintech, B2B SaaS, or accounting tools
• Contributions to open-source projects or side projects you’re proud of
• Full stack experience is a plus
