Fandango is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead the development & implementation of B2B data solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
You will oversee data products, ensure product quality, and drive product development within an agile framework.
- Product Development & Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of data products, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders. Oversee data infrastructure to support product performance and reliability.
- Agile Management: Co-Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Manage the product backlog and prioritize immediate and long-term backlog items.
- Backlog & Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with product strategy and business goals. Communicate roadmap updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Process & Documentation: Document and optimize product development processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions and workflows.
- Release Management: Communicate release notes and updates to internal teams, including customer success managers.
- Technical Support: Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and triage incoming support requests.
- QA & Testing: Co-manage the QA team and oversee end-to-end testing processes to ensure product quality.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for product improvements.
- Financial Documentation: Handle monthly invoice processing and financial documentation related to data products.
- Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from sales and studio teams to inform product planning and strategy.
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in data product management, including MarTech or AdTech products.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies
- Experience with data privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, COPPA, VPPA).
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Experience leading remote teams in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
Additional Requirements:
- Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 USD (bonus eligible)
