Full-Time Sr. Technical Product Manager - Fandango

Fandango is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead the development & implementation of B2B data solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data products, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Oversee data infrastructure to support product performance and reliability.
• Co-Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize immediate and long-term items.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with strategy and business goals.
• Communicate roadmap updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Document and optimize product development processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions and workflows.
• Communicate release notes and updates to internal teams, including customer success managers.
• Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and support requests.
• Co-manage the QA team and oversee testing processes to ensure product quality.
• Conduct user research and usability testing for product improvements.
• Handle monthly invoice processing and financial documentation.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from sales and studio teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in data product management, including MarTech or AdTech products.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies
• Experience with data privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, COPPA, VPPA)
• Strong communication skills, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Leading remote teams in dynamic environments
• High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 USD (bonus eligible)
